1. CONFIDENTIALITY - All information and software provided through the AutoVantage website (the "Web Site") is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of AutoVantage. You shall not publish, broadcast, retransmit or otherwise reproduce the information or software in any medium. Any violation of this restriction is an infringement of copyright or proprietary rights in the information and software.
2. TERMINATING THE WEB SITE - AutoVantage retains the right at any time and from time to time to discontinue or modify, or temporarily or permanently terminate, the Web site (or any part thereof) with or without notifying you. If AutoVantage discontinues the Web Site, AutoVantage will not be liable to you or any third party for such discontinuance, modification or termination.
3. VIRUSES; DESTRUCTION OF THE WEB SITE - By participating on the Web Site, you agree to not upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. You also agree to not interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Web Site or to disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Web Site. ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF SUCH WEB SITE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, AutoVantage RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM THE USER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. AutoVantage assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property due to your access to, use of, or browsing in the Web Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from such site.
4. TECHNICAL ISSUES - By utilizing the Web Site, you acknowledge that technical processing and transmission of the Web Site, including the information you enter, may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. AutoVantage MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE FUNCTIONS OF THE WEB SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE OR THAT ANY ERRORS ON SUCH SITE WILL BE CORRECTED. AutoVantage ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR (I) ANY PROBLEMS RELATING TO TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OR DELAYS OF TELEPHONE NETWORKS OR LINES, COMPUTER ON-LINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, OR SOFTWARE, (II) FAILURE OF ANY E-MAIL TO BE RECEIVED DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION OF THE INTERNET, AutoVantage SITES, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF, AND/OR FOR (III) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO USERS' COMPUTERS OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER RESULTING FROM DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS RELATING TO THE WEB SITE.

2Your membership will commence on activation date and continue for 13 months, unless cancelled.
3Should you require roadside assistance service or lock-out assistance within the first 48-hours after your membership purchase, there will be an additional $30.00 flat service fee for each individual service provided and such service fee is nonrefundable. All 24-Hour Roadside Assistance services and motor club benefits are provided by Brickell Financial Services-Motor Club, Inc. dba Road America Motor Club Inc., administrative offices at 7300 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 601, Miami, FL 33126. For Mississippi and Wisconsin members, services are provided by Brickell Financial Services-Motor Club, Inc. For California members, services are provided by Road America Motor Club, Inc. All entities shall be referred to as "Road America Motor Club." Services and benefits may vary to conform with the laws of your state and restrictions may apply. The AutoVantage program provides up to five (5) emergency assistance services per membership year, up to one occurrence of the same service type per week per vehicle, with towing costs covered up to 150 miles per occurrence. If additional emergency assistance is requested, service will be dispatched; however, the member will be responsible for charges incurred. In all cases, the member is responsible for any non-covered expenses and any expenses over the service limit. See Benefit Terms section for complete details, conditions, limitations and exclusions. Lock-out assistance is subject to state law.
4Pricing assumes a family of four covered drivers. Represents the lowest AAA Plus price in all 50 states as of 3/14/2014.
